Based on a non-military, completely motivational approach to fitness, the Transformation Boot Camp welcomes men and women of all fitness levels.  We always allow you to work at your own fitness level, and we only use positivity and encouragement to keep you energized.  It's truly an environment centered around transformation.

    When you enroll in the Transformation Boot Camp, you get much more than just workouts.  From the very start to the very finish, we do our best to create an environment that moves you closer to your goals every step of the way.  From meal plans and dietary guidelines to goal setting and success plans, we provide you with what you need to succeed.  Your 4-week experience includes all of this:

    AN ORIENTATION AND STARTING ASSESSMENT

    We hold an orientation for those that wish to attend (it is not mandatory).  The orientation is usually held the Saturday before camp begins (check your city's page for exact times).  It gives our campers a chance to get answers to their questions as well as take starting assessments including body fat analysis, waist and hip measurements, a push-up test, sit-up test, core assessment and obstacle course run.

    4 WEEKS OF TRANSFORMING WORKOUTS

    Your enrollment covers you for an entire 4 weeks of body-sculpting, metabolic-boosting, and confidence-building workouts.  One thing you can count on is that you are always welcome no matter what level of fitness you are currently at.  This camp is about you experiencing change!  With our non-military style, you will always experience an environment centered around positivity, teamwork, and motivation.

    ACCESS TO THE ONLINE CAMPERS' AREA

    You will notice at the top of our website a section reserved solely for our enrolled campers.  Here you will find a section dedicated to your success where you can download your meal plans, listen to our audio series, find stretching tips and discounted supplements, invite a friend to boot camp, and even leave us feedback on your boot camp experience.  You get access to everything for the entire 4 weeks of camp!

    OUR 6-PART "LEARN IT FOR LIFE" AUDIO SERIES

    In order to get results that last, you have to learn some fundamentals about food.  This 6-part, online, audio series is dedicated to helping you learn exactly what your body needs when it comes to calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.  In addition to how you make these calculations, this series covers why mastering these basic fundamentals will move you from dietary "dependent" to "independent."

    PRE-CALCULATED, EASY-TO-FOLLOW MEAL PLANS

    If you ask any of our campers that have experienced great success how they did it, they will tell you, "I followed the meal plans!"  They are easy to follow, easy to prepare, and most importantly they are easy to calculate at the end of the day.  We've done all the work so you don't have to.  Simply pick any of the pre-calculated breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas and plug it right into your day.  It's that easy!

    YOUR 4-WEEK CAMPER SUCCESS PLANNER

    At the orientation you will receive your 4-week Success Planner on how to make the most out of your boot camp experience.  You can also download the Success Planner from the Campers' Area.  Here you will have the opportunity to receive some quick and helpful eating guidelines, write down your success plan, and track your progress.  Let's face it.  Success doesn't just happen; you have to plan for it!

    RE-ASSESSMENTS TO MEASURE PROGRESS

    All of our campers are always invited back to re-assess their progress after the 4-week camp is over.  This is the most exciting part!  The re-assessment takes place side-by-side with our new class as they do their beginning assessments.  It's always so motivating for our new campers to hear the successes of current campers just as they are beginning their own personal transformations.  Very cool!  Very inspiring!

    AWARDED DISCOUNTS FOR ATTENDANCE

    We want you to get everything you can out of your experience and if you do, we reward you for it.  We allow all of our campers with 80% attendance or higher to come back to the very next camp at 50% off.  All you have to do is show up on time to 80% of the days you committed to.  You can do that!  Boot camp rates and promotions are location-specific, so please check your city's page for exact rates and promotions.

     WHY THE TRANSFORMATION BOOT CAMP IS SO EFFECTIVE 

    Our Perfect Pace Principle - Whether you are new to fitness training or been training for a while, the Transformation Boot Camp is the perfect pace for you.  We don't have any levels because we don't need them.  Our format is specifically designed to allow first-time enthusiasts to work side-by-side with current campers and have everyone get an amazing workout.  The most important aspect of our Perfect Pace Principle is that YOU always get to decide the pace.  And because you do, your comfort level will grow with each class, your physical abilities will develop quickly, and your mind and body will begin to transform.  It all happens at your pace!

    Our Signature 3 Cs- Burning calories when you workout is one thing; creating an afterburn effect that lasts all day is taking it to a completely different level.  We've combined cardio, core work, and cross-training with weights utilizing the high intensity interval training method to create what is called E.P.O.C. (excessive post-exercise oxygen consumption).  To put it into simpler terms, our workouts create a serious afterburn!  And if you don't like long distance running, the Transformation Boot Camp will be a perfect fit for you.  Instead of long-distance cardio, we choose to use shorter intervals of higher intensity that produce the greatest result.
