When it comes to the types of boot camp exercises we do at the Transformation Boot Camp, the possibilities are endless!  We keep it fresh and exciting each and every time.

Boot Camp Cardio Exercises
Of course cardio is a main component of what we do, but don't worry.  We DON'T DO LONG DISTANCE!  The only time we do any distance running is our initial assessment and final assessment.  Other cardio exercises include but aren't limited to:

Boot Camp Weight Lifting
Weights are a big part of what we do out there.  We want to get each and every muscle in your body firm, tone, and asking for calories!  Don't worry if you don't know these now; you will!  Weight drills include but aren't limited to:

  • Push-ups

  • Chest Press/Flyes
  • Bicep Curls
  • Hammer Curls
  • Tricep Kickbacks

Boot Camp Core and Abs
