 Fitness Boot Camp Myths Debunked 

When it comes to people's perception of boot camp, there are a lot of different ideas out there a lot of which are not true.  In fact, some myths out there just need a good debunking!

Please Note:  We can not speak for any other camps out there.  We just know that the following myths aren't true for the Transformation Boot Camp.

Myth #1 - You scream in our faces.
Not at the TBC!  The only thing you will ever hear from us is motivation and encouragement.  That doesn't mean we won't hold you accountable; we will just do it through a much more positive manor.

Myth #2 - I have to be in shape to join.
What?  The name of our camp is NOT "I'm already transformed boot camp."  It's the Transformation Boot Camp.  This is where men and women come to get their transformation.  Just check out our boot camp testimonials and you will see!

Myth #3 - I will hold everybody up.
We've specifically designed the Transformation Boot Camp so that you will not.  Most of our drills are done for time which means everyone works for the same amount of time no matter what.  We are a team.  We work together.  We rest together.  But it's always together.

Myth #4 - You force us to do things we can't do.
We will never ask you to do something that you aren't capable of doing.  In fact, we always work around any pre-existing injury or problem instead of through it.  Can't lunge?  No problem!  I guarantee we can find something just as effective for you to do.  We do it all the time!

Myth #5 - I will have to run long distances.
So not true.  Again we can't speak for the other camps out there, but the TBC was created around the concept of short, intense bouts of cardio.  Our cardio usually lasts 30-60 seconds.  The only time you have to do anything longer is during our initial and final assessments.

Myth #6 - I will be so sore I can't move.
Okay, here is where YOU come in.  We always ask you to PACE YOURSELF from day 1.  You need to make sure that you perform the exercises at a level that feels right for you.  You be the judge and determine just how hard you want to go.
