This page has some pretty important information about how to make the most of your experience. So please take just a moment and take a look at the items down below. STEP 1 - JOIN OUR GROUPME PAGE
We do a lot of communicating using our GroupMe page. It's a free app that you can either receive SMS messages or log on to the app to check messages. If there is an update that we need to get out to our group, we will post it on the GroupMe page. Click the image for the link.
STEP 2 - JOIN OUR MEMBER EMAIL LIST
You may have already joined our newsletter, but we want to make sure you are on our members only list. Sometimes we just email info to share with the team only. Click on the email icon here and join the list. Also please be sure to look for any "confirm your subscription" emails in spam.
STEP 3 - ACCESS THE MEMBERS AREA
You now have access to the members area of the website where you can access our meal plans and success tools. You will be prompted for a password when you access the page. The password is "lifestyle." Please make sure you write it down. You can access this area from the top menu.
STEP 5 - PACK YOUR GEAR NOW
Every day at TBC, you will need a mat (yoga or thicker), a bottle of water, and a pair of handheld weights (dumbbells). Women typically use 3-8 lb weights, and men typically use 8-15 lb weights. If we are working out during cooler weather, you will also want to have a warm fleece or jacket, a pair of gloves, and a hat stored in your trunk. Get packed and be ready.
